The world celebrated World Oceans Day

The world celebrated World Oceans Day on the 8^th of June, 2021. The InterAcademy Partnership (IAP) in a press statement endorsed by the Nigerian Academy of Science and majority of IAP members, urges world leaders to improve ocean health by stopping habitat destruction and the spread of environmental contaminants, fighting climate change and overexploitation, and adopting evidence-based policies.  Download here
